We were lucky enough to spend the holidays in Houston!  Warm, sunny and full of fun.  We went to the Houston Zoo twice and got to spend the day at the Children's museum's amazing out door water station play area.  Plus lots of park time. 

Coming home to Sacramento, we were surprised with a Zoo pass from our secret Santa!  I can't wait for play dates at the zoo this spring.

The weather is finally changing here in Sac and its cold and rainy right now...what are people doing to play outside?  Orson and I spent some time outside in puddles over the weekend.

We are meeting at my house for playgroup.  Inside and Outside.  Come on over and join us.

 

This Saturday we went to the Hoes Down Festival at Fully Belly Farms.  We had a blast looking at the animals, enjoying the creek (and the rocks in it), eating homemade ice cream and fresh, organic vegetables and doing outdoor crafts.  We had lots of fun and enjoyed the fresh air.  The only downside was that we the cell phones didn't work and we were unable to find the rest of our playgroup.
